Who We Are
TwiceAll is a one-person business specialising in custom transformer procurement for small and medium-sized manufacturers, R&D teams, and traders worldwide. I personally handle all communications, orders, and after-sales support.
For the purposes of this policy, "TwiceAll", "I", "me", and "my" all refer to the sole operator of this business and website.

I collect only the information necessary to respond to your enquiry and fulfil your order. This falls into two categories:

- Manufacturing partners -- Factories receive only the technical specifications and minimum contact details needed to produce and ship your order. They are not permitted to use this information for any other purpose.
- Logistics & freight providers -- Your shipping address and contact details are shared with couriers and freight forwarders solely to deliver your goods.
- Payment processors -- If you pay online, your payment is handled by a third-party payment platform. I do not store card numbers or sensitive financial data.
- Legal requirements -- I may disclose information if required by law, regulation, or court order, or to protect my legal rights.
All third parties who receive your data are required to handle it securely and in accordance with applicable privacy laws.

This website uses a minimal number of cookies. Here is what they do:

Data Retention

- Enquiries that did not result in an order -- retained for up to 12 months, then deleted.
- Order records -- retained for 7 years to comply with accounting and tax obligations, then securely deleted.
- Email correspondence -- retained for the duration of our business relationship and up to 3 years after the last interaction.
- Analytics data -- aggregated and anonymised; not linked to you personally.
You may request deletion of your personal data at any time -- see Section 07 for details.

- Limiting access to your data to only those who need it to fulfil your order or enquiry.

TwiceAll operates internationally. When you contact me from outside China, your data may be transferred to, stored, and processed in China -- where our manufacturing partners and logistics operations are based.
